Refund policy

Returns 

•  You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
•  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
•  Your item must be in the original packaging.
•  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

•  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
•  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Devolución

• Tiene 30 días laborables para devolver el artículo desde el día en que lo recibió.
• Para ser elegible para una devolución, el artículo debe estar nuevo y en las mismas condiciones que cuando se compró.
•  El artículo debe estar en su empaque original.
• El artículo debe tener una evidencia de compra.
• Una vez recibamos el artículo, lo inspecccionaremos y le notificaremos que recibimos su artículo devuelto. Inmediatamente le notificaremos sobre el estado de su reembolso luego de inspeccionarlo. 

• Si su reembolso es aprobado, comenzaremos reembolsaremos su dinero a su tarjeta de crédito (o método de pago original). Recibirá el crédito en los próximos días, dependiendo de las políticas del proovedor de su tarjeta.
